The PYSA Board of Directors shall meet twice annually, at its discretion, to coordinate registration for the Fall and Spring seasons.

Notification regarding specific registration dates shall be done through the PYSA website, coach’s emails to parents, announcements placed in local newspapers and handouts distributed at local schools.

Eligibility of Players:
All players who are eligible by ECYSA rules and regulations shall be eligible to play in the PYSA program.

Registration Fee:
The PYSA registration fee schedule shall be set by the PYSA Board.

The Registration Fee must be paid within 48 hours of Registration. If Payment is not received within 48 hours your player will not be placed on a team. And will not be eligible to play.

PYSA prefers Electronic payment of Debit Card, Credit Card, or PayPal. But will accept Paper Checks. Checks should be made out to "PYSA" in the notes please add Player Name, Age Group, and Season. Checks should be sent to PYSA P.O.Box 541 West Newbury Ma. 01985

"Effective on October 12, 2013 there will be NO refunds without MD note produced by first game.  If a note is produced, the player will be reimbursed 50%.

"Effective on October 12, 2013 there will be NO refunds given after submission of players and teams to ECYSA for league creation. except for medical reasons stated above.

PYSA will consider providing scholarships or an extension of payment when requests are made in writing. All requests should be submitted to the registrar and will be held in confidence.

Regular Registration Period:
Players may register for a given season directly with PYSA at any time during the “open” time frame designated by the PYSA Board.

Final Registration Date:
The PYSA Board will designate a date to be the final Registration Date for each of the Fall and Spring seasons.

Late Registrations:
Any registrations received after the PYSA Final Registration Date, will be considered late registrations and must be submitted to the PYSA Registrar directly.

Wait-Listed Players.
Any players who are “Late Registrations” will be placed on a wait-list. Because PYSA has deadline requirements to meet thru ECYSA, there is no guarantee that your child will be placed on a team once the Regular Registration Period is closed.

Note from the PYSA Board:
There is a tremendous amount of work that is involved with reviewing the evaluation of players, building of teams, reviewing these potential teams with coaches and ultimately submitting rosters to ECYSA. All of this is done in a relatively short amount of time.

Please work with us to register your child within the “Regular Registration Period”, whenever possible.
